Well, it's been a few days now, and we've gotten our feet wet. Literally. Here is a pic from the pool where we had a BLAST - thank goodness she likes the water.

Hi! That is a cute pool picture. I'm so glad that she loves the water as much as her parents do. Did you take any teething tabs with you? Those are a lifesaver! If you don't have any now, get some as soon as you get back. They are Hyland's homeopathic teething tablets (you can get them at CVS) and they are totally safe and seem to help so much. I' sure teething is playing a role, but Bella is likely grieving some as well and that makes her sad and fussy. Just hold her tight and continue to shower her with love. It's a tough time for baby, but it will get better once she adjusts and knows that she is safe and loved with her forever family. Everything is new to her and it must be such a frightening time for our kiddos. But they are resilient and very intuitive and they sense when they are with family and are loved. It will get better!! Hang in there, you'll be home soon where you can settle in to a routine and start your 'normal' life as a family of three!

Ahhh- Kim and Jim! You guys look like naturals. We are thrilled for you both and can't wait to meet Miss Bella in person. Can you feel the change yet? Children are amazing and you will NEVER look at things the same again.
